David Landmann
Chief of Police
Chief Landmann has over 30 years of law enforcement experience. Chief Landmann joined the department in 1991 after serving 7 years as a police officer in his hometown of Highland, Illinois. Chief Landmann started out as a patrolman in Cahokia and rose through the ranks of Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain. During his career at Cahokia, Chief Landmann has served on the Auto Theft Task Force, St. Clair County Drug Tactical Unit, DEA Task force, Cahokia Criminal Investigations Division to include CID Commander. Chief Landmann has also been an Investigator with the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis for over 25 years.
